The University of Exeter is set to build new, low carbon student accommodation on Streatham Campus, which will comprise of over 1700 bedrooms for Exeter’s student population built to strenuous Passivhaus standards.

The University has recently appointed University Partnerships Programme (UPP) as the preferred contractor for the work. Construction is expected to take place between 2023 and 2025.
