Universities involved with £1.6 million project to drive decarbonisation of fashion industry

A project led by the University of Exeter and involving the University of Plymouth aims to drive the decarbonisation of the fashion and textile industry.
£1.6 million from the Natural Environment Research Council, Arts and Humanities Research Council, and Innovate UK will fund the Future Fibres Network+ (FFN+) to draw together researchers and industry experts and establish systematic, circular and sustainable principles as the norm.
