A share of a near £2 million funding award will support the building of 20 affordable, low-carbon homes in Honiton, primarily for key workers.
The Devon & Torbay One Public Estate partnership has successfully bid for £1.99 million from the Brownfield Land Release Fund 2 (BLRF2) delivered by HM Government’s One Public Estate (OPE) Programme. £386,000 has been awarded to Devon County Council to fund the homes.
