Torridge District Council are planning to boost local biodiversity and support pollinators with a variety of actions.

The Council have signed up to the North Devon Biosphere Reserve’s Nature Recovery Plan to protect and enhance biodiversity in the region. The Grounds Maintenance Team has also consulted with organisations and charities such as the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, adapting their cutting programme to benefit pollinators.
