Sustainable hotel coming to Exeter Science Park

Zeal Hotels has signed an Exclusivity Agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts for a new net-zero hotel at the Exeter Science Park, which will be managed by Valor Hospitality.
The hotel will have solar panels to generate all the energy it requires, EV charging points for guests and locally-sourced food and beverages.
