Sustainable South Hams (SSH) has received a grant of £22,000 from South Hams District Council, in order to help with the development of the group and to support the Council’s climate change engagement objectives within its Climate Change and Biodiversity Strategy.

SSH connects parish biodiversity and climate action groups across South Hams, supporting the rapid, successful development of new sustainability projects by sharing knowledge and inspiration between member groups. The District Council has also introduced SSH to their network of town and parish councils, so collaboration can occur on a wider scale.
