Project led by University of Exeter designing AI for net-zero receives £2 million funding boost
19.06.23

The ‘AI for Net Zero’ project, led by experts from the University of Exeter, will be funded by £2 million from the UK Research and Innovation Council’s EPSRC.
The AI technologies produced will aide crucial decisions about land use changes, with a focus on initiatives to create new woodlands and forests. Tools will help to determine which locations are best suited to planting new trees and which species of tree will be most suitable.
