Three areas of Plymouth will be part of the Green Community Hubs project, with each assigned a new team made up of a National Trust ranger and a Council officer.

The team will work with businesses, residents, schools and community groups to understand how the green spaces can be improved and how the team can best support locals to make it happen.

They will also offer events like green skills sharing sessions, community gardening, wildlife meadow creation, guided nature walks and tree planting.
