Exeter City Council are asking for thoughts on their outline draft Exeter Plan proposals. The new Local Plan will cover Exeter’s development needs from 2020-2040.

The public can comment on 15 proposals, including proposals on how the city will tackle climate change. Proposed policies include: requiring development proposals to demonstrate how they will support the achievement of net-zero; setting up local energy networks; and updating how the City Council will consider flood risk.

You can view all proposals on the homepage. The deadline for responses is Monday 5th December.
