Designing the Devon Citizens’ Assembly
The Devon Climate Emergency has committed to establishing an online Citizens’ Assembly to enable views of the general public to play an important role in the production of the Devon Carbon Plan. Both prior to and following the outbreak of Covid-19 the University of Exeter undertook research into best practice for a Citizens’ Assembly and the viability of an online Assembly for Devon.
