2. Progress With Climate Risk Register
A workshop was held in January at which the climate risks that have been identified were scored for their impact and likelihood using a methodology developed by colleagues in the Local Resilience Forum.

3. Next Steps
The initial register from earlier phases of the Group’s work need to be combined with the scoring outcomes from the workshop. Emily has yet to do this due to time commitments on procurement processes for the Devon Citizens’ Assembly.
Ruth asked whether this process is trying to reflect the Local Resilience Forum process. Emily said that it is following a similar process.
Once the data is combined into one spreadsheet, this will be circulated to the Group for all to add information about:
- The key organizations that are currently involved in mitigating or planning for the impacts arising from each risk
- Additional stakeholders who have an interest in each risk but who are not directly responsible
- Existing controls and reporting mechanisms for each risk.
The Group AGREED this approach.
